First registration with the Delhi Dental Council
The council publishes its document list in full. It also tells you, in the same document, to bring the originals — which means this is not a process you complete entirely online.

- “Please carry all original documents and one set of photocopy (Self Attested).”
- Where the council is
- Its site notice gives the office as Room No. 711A, 7th Floor, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002. It moved, so an older address will send you to the wrong building.
- Delhi residence proof — Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID
- Two passport photographs
- 10th certificate
- 12th certificate
- BDS I–IV mark sheets, including any supplementary
- Internship completion certificate
- Attempt certificate
- Provisional BDS degree
- Final BDS degree
- MDS degree and mark sheet, for an additional qualification
- DCI approval notification for the college or course — MDS only
- Original marriage certificate, where your surname has changed
Because the originals are verified in person, you attend that step yourself. MPDS India cannot present your originals for you, and we would not offer to.

Renewal of registration

- The council's notice of 12 November 2024 puts renewal under “Rule 58 (2) of Dental Council (Delhi State) Rules, 1951”.
- What it asks you to do
- “apply in requisite form (online) and deposit renewal fee” — before your registration expires.
Before expiry is the part that matters. We check your own expiry date with you rather than assuming it from your course year, because the two are often not the same.

What it costs
We are not going to print a number here, and it is worth saying why.
The Delhi Dental Council does not publish its fee amounts anywhere on its website. We looked. Any figure we printed would therefore be a guess dressed up as a fact, and you would budget against it. We confirm the current council fee with the council for your case and show it to you separately from our service fee, before you pay anything. The council's published mode of payment is NEFT or IMPS to its own account, with the payment screenshot uploaded on its website — so that money goes to the council directly, never through us.

Restoration, duplicates and transfers
The council publishes the forms for these, which tells you the routes exist and roughly what each one needs.
- Undertakings — first registration, renewal, transfer from another state, smart card
- Affidavits — restoration of a defaulter, duplicate certificate, duplicate smart card, delayed first registration
- Additional qualification application

What we do
- Work out which service and which council your case actually needs
- Give you a document checklist built for your case, not a generic list
- Prepare and check your application before anything is submitted
- File on the official portal using your own login, with your approval of everything first
- Follow up where we can, and tell you what has changed on WhatsApp
What we never do
- Create, alter, arrange or sign any document or certificate — including employment certificates
- Guarantee approval, a timeline, or what a council will decide
- Attend in-person, biometric, signature or original-document verification in your place
- Contact a council pretending to be you, or present ourselves as a government office
If anyone offers you these things for a fee, that is worth walking away from — whoever they are.
Important: Government authorities may ask applicants to personally appear for verification, original document verification, biometric verification, signature verification or additional requirements at any stage. MPDS India cannot replace the applicant where personal appearance is mandatory.
