You enquire
Tell us your profession, your council and what you need. A few questions, on the website or on WhatsApp — whichever is easier.
We check the official rules for your case
We read the concerned council's own current published process before we say anything about yours. Where we have not verified a council's process yet, we say so and confirm it first.
You get a clear quote
Our service fee and the council's own fee are quoted as two separate lines, never as one number. You will always know which part of the money reaches us and which part reaches the council.
You approve and pay
Nothing starts until you have seen the quote and the terms for your service and accepted them. Our fee is payable in advance.
We prepare, submit with you, and keep you updated
We prepare the application and the document set, file it with you, follow up where we can, and send you updates on WhatsApp.
What we do
- Fill in and check the application forms
- Give you a document checklist for your exact case
- File on the council or department portal using your own login, with your approval
- Follow up on the application and tell you what changed
- Keep a record of what was submitted and when
What we do not do
- Create, alter or arrange any certificate or document
- Guarantee approval, renewal, a timeline or any outcome
- Attend in person, or give biometrics, on your behalf
- Pay the council's fee for you, or hide it inside our fee
- Claim any affiliation with a council or government body
Important: Government authorities may ask applicants to personally appear for verification, original document verification, biometric verification, signature verification or additional requirements at any stage. MPDS India cannot replace the applicant where personal appearance is mandatory.
